We went to Paul's sister's house on Sunday and had Olive blessed while my mom was still here. She made Olive the most beautiful dress! It even had a olive colored underlay!! It turned out perfect! My mom always does a great job making the babies blessing outfits. In fact Indie still wants to put hers one, she thinks because it is so long it should still fit her. It was fun to see the Lovelands again and I think they had fun seeing the new addition to the family. They made Olive cute little cake that taste better then any cake I've ever tasted!! It is really nice having family close by, especially when there are special occasions. But it definitely makes me miss my family even more!

Lex is really into dragons lately and all he wants to do is draw, draw, draw!!! He is getting really good and we are so happy that he has found something that he loves to do. He concentrates so hard on making every line and every detail perfect. He has been struggling a bit lately and it makes us happy that he has found something to focus on. He is such a good boy and such a joy in our lives. His sweet personality always reminds us how important it to be more loving and more patient. It is hard being the oldest- we have never been parents to an eight year old before! The world is such a hard place to live in right now and we are realizing more and more how important it is to have the Lord more a part of our lives. Lex is our special, special little dude and he means the world to us!! Sometimes we forget what a blessing he is in our lives and how lucky we are to have such a special spirit of God in our home and as one of our children.

They fit right in with cute little face.

We even love you from head to toe.

What a face!! When she gets mad, boy does she let you know it!!! She is so precious, even when she is screaming her head off! This is where Tadhg likes to sit. Right where he can keep his eye on little sister. He likes to push the buttons on her bassinet to play the music for her. So far he has not gotten in her bed but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before that happens!
