That time of year for makin' salsa! I love making salsa! I could make 18 batches and still want to make more! So far I have made 40 quarts... and eatin about 5!

I can almost taste it right now! Good job making so much! I did 14 quarts this year and am very happy to have it! I remember the days of picking 14 bushel of tomatoes and making almost all salsa. Crazy thing is we would eat that much! YUM!!
